MulchPRO - Leaf Blower/Mulcher Redesign
For my 3rd year major studio project, I was given the task to redesign a conventional leaf blower/mulcher. This project was lengthy exercise that introduced the typical design process and design phases used by industrial designers in the industry. These phases included research and analysis, conceptual development, preliminary design and final design. The goal of this project was to research, analyze and understand a specific product and then proceed to redesign said product. After some deliberation I decided to design a user friendly, electric leaf mulcher targeted towards the residential home owner market.
